Our Practice

Dr. Song is a graduate of the University of Houston School of Optometry and received magna cum laude at graduation. He has been in private practice for 25+ years in Maryland and Northern Virginia. A fun fact: Dr. Song has been Dr. Christina Chon’s primary eye care doctor since she was a teenager. Dr. Song is also an active member of his church and the Washington Christian Choiral Society. He leads an active lifestyle and is an avid tennis player. Dr. Song is especially proud of the mutual trust and loyalty between him and his patients.

Dr. Chon joined our practice in August 2008 after relocating from Baltimore, Maryland. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry Degree at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. Dr. Chon received Clinical Excellence in the Low Vision internship of the William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and Eshenbach Award for Excellence in Low Vision during graduation for demonstrating excellence in the evaluation and prescription of low vision devices. Dr. Chon’s primary interests lie in the areas of primary eye care and hard-to-fit contact lenses. She also co-manages laser refractive surgeries.
